Effective Date: January 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how IT Benefit LLC ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses,

2. What the App Does
Calendar Widget is a home screen widget application that displays upcoming events from your device calendar.
It offers multiple widget layouts (Month + Agenda, Agenda only, Month only). If you grant Contacts permission,
it can also display birthdays/anniversaries from contacts.
3. Data We Collect
A. Data you provide to us
-
Support communications (optional): If you email us (including sending an optional crash/error report),
we receive your email address, message content, and any information you choose to include.
B. Data processed automatically via the App and third-party services
The App may collect or generate certain identifiers and technical data, and may share some of this data
with service providers that help us operate and improve the App.
- Device and app information: Such as device model/manufacturer, operating system version, app version, and language/locale settings.
- Analytics events / in-app interactions: Such as widget interaction events and related usage metrics.
- Diagnostics and crash data: Such as performance diagnostics and crash/exception information (e.g., exception types). Some crash details are only sent if you choose to email them to us (see Section 6).
- Purchase and licensing information: Such as purchase tokens/transaction IDs/product IDs used to verify your purchase and enable paid features.
C. Data accessed locally on your device (not transmitted by the App)
- Calendar data (read-only): The App reads your device calendar events to display them in widgets. This data is stored/used locally on your device and is not transmitted by the App to our servers.
- Contacts birthdays/anniversaries (optional): If you grant Contacts permission, the App can read relevant dates to display them. This data is stored/used locally on your device and is not transmitted by the App to our servers.
- Widget configuration/settings: Stored locally on your device (and can be exported/imported by you).
D. Information we do not collect
We do not require account registration. We do not show ads. We do not intentionally collect precise location,
photos, microphone audio or SMS/call logs.
4. How We Use Information
- Provide core functionality: Display your calendar events in widgets; display optional birthdays/anniversaries when enabled.

6. Voluntary Error Reporting by Email
The App includes a user-initiated error reporting feature. When an unhandled exception occurs, the App may prompt you
(e.g., via a notification) to send an error report email using your email client. The App does not automatically send

If you choose to send the email, the report may include technical details such as crash date/time, app version/build info,
device model/manufacturer/Android version, install date, locale settings, widget IDs/types, permission
statuses, license status, stack trace, and limited recent log entries. We use this information to diagnose and fix bugs.

- Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS) (Android 13+): Used to show error notifications (e.g., calendar access issues).
8. Your Choices and Controls
- Permission controls: You can grant or revoke Calendar/Contacts permissions at any time in Android Settings. If you revoke a permission, the corresponding feature may not work.
- Uninstall: Uninstalling the App removes locally stored App data from your device.
- Export/Import settings: The App provides a way to export and import widget settings for backup/restore.
- Analytics controls: Depending on your device and App configuration, you may be able to limit certain analytics collection (for example, by disabling analytics collection where offered, or by using Google privacy controls). You can also contact us with questions about available opt-out options.
